Welcome to rohitkakad.in. By accessing this website or hiring Rohit Kakad ("Developer", "I", "Me") for web development services, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

I provide static website development, web application development (Python/Django), SEO optimization, and website maintenance services specifically for businesses in Nashik, Sinnar, Sangamner, and surrounding regions. The scope of work for any project will be defined in a specific proposal or invoice agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Deposit: A non-refundable advance payment of 50% is required to schedule and begin any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website is launched or source code is transferred.
• Refunds: Since services involve custom coding and time, refunds are not issued once work has commenced. However, I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction through reasonable revisions.
• Late Fees: Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client is granted full ownership of the final website files (HTML, CSS, JS, Images). I reserve the right to display the completed project in my portfolio and case studies for promotional purposes.

Any proprietary tools, libraries, or background code developed by me prior to the project remain my intellectual property.

4. Content & Materials

The Client is responsible for supplying all text, images, and other content for the website. I am not liable for any copyright infringements caused by materials provided by the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

While I strive for perfection, I cannot guarantee that a website will be error-free or that it will generate a specific amount of revenue/traffic. I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided.

6. Termination

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If a project is terminated by the Client after work has begun, the deposit will be forfeited, and the Client will be billed for any additional work completed beyond the deposit amount.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
